Refund policy

At Dragon Cinder Coffee, we want you to be happy with your order. Because coffee is a consumable food product, our return and refund policy is designed to protect product quality, freshness, and customer safety.

Returns

We accept returns on coffee only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Please include your order number, name, and reason for the return.

Opened Coffee

Opened coffee cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This includes our half-pound bags of Tanzanian/Colombian blend coffee in whole bean or ground options, including medium, coarse, and fine grind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

If your claim is approved, you may choose either a replacement or a refund.

Buyer’s Remorse Returns

If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer want the product, we may accept a return only if the coffee is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for buyer’s remorse returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Dragon Cinder Coffee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened coffee
  • Used products
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Items reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Gift cards, if offered in the future
  • Sale or clearance items, if marked final sale

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges. For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, you may choose a replacement if your claim is approved.
