At Dragon Cinder Coffee, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your coffee fresh.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and handled after purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address, selected shipping method, package weight, and available carrier rates.

Any shipping charges will be displayed before checkout is completed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of Dragon Cinder Coffee’s control.

Shipping Carriers

We may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available shipping providers.

The carrier used for your order may depend on your location, selected shipping method, and available shipping options.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Dragon Cinder Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Dragon Cinder Coffee is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

We may assist with filing a claim when possible, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of what you received.

If the mistake was caused by Dragon Cinder Coffee, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our Refund Policy.
