We reserve the right to update, change, limit, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Coffee Freshness and Product Variation
Coffee is a natural product, and flavor, aroma, color, grind appearance, and packaging may vary slightly from batch to batch.
We make reasonable efforts to provide fresh, high-quality coffee, but individual taste preferences are subjective and do not automatically qualify an order for a refund unless covered by our Refund Policy.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or violation of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Dragon Cinder Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Because coffee is a consumable food product, opened coffee cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Photos may be required.
